I communicate with my customers via email whenever possible. Compared to receiving phone calls, email allows me to complete work with fewer interruptions. Keeping productive helps me reduce my prices and project lead times.
Enquiries are still dealt with promptly when I reach a natural break, and we both have a full record of our exchanges to refer back to.
