This site hosts a handful of support articles that I can refer my clients to when they are accessing my services for the first time.
The information is specific to users of my products and services.

Website Analytics
Access to your website’s analytics is only configured on request, since few customers require it. If I have created an account for you, you can access it at analytics.mgcwebsites.co.uk using the credentials I have sent you.
If you have lost your credentials, or would like to request access be set up, please contact me.
Recommended Email Apps
Apple iPhones / iPads
Use the built-in Mail app. It handles several accounts at once, so your business and personal email can sit side by side. See our iPhone setup guide.
Apple Mac Computers
Use the built-in Mail app, or Thunderbird which is free and open source.
Android
We recommend Thunderbird for Android, which is free and open source. Outlook also works well. If you use Outlook, turn off Focused Inbox (Settings → Focused Inbox). Otherwise, it silently sorts some of your email into an “Other” tab, and it can look as though messages aren’t arriving.
Windows
We recommend Thunderbird, which is free, open source and more dependable than Microsoft’s built-in mail apps.

My email service does not include the configuration of your app. If you are unable to configure it successfully, please contact your IT support technician.
Webmail Access
Mail apps provide the best experience, but you can also access your messages via webmail. Simply visit the page linked below and enter your email address and password to login.
